Matthews Somatics is the unique rehabilitation and alternative fitness practice of Toby Matthews serving the Triangle region of North Carolina. Using Rolfing® Structural Integration and GYROTONIC® methodology as his primary modalities, Toby works with a diverse clientele to help them take greater ownership of their physical experience, manage pain, and meet fitness and wellness goals.

Toby sees Rolfing clients at Health Associates near Duke's East Campus (906 Broad Street) and in Chapel Hill at (781 Mount Carmel Road). He sees Gyrotonic clients near downtown Durham (524 S Duke Street).
